I am a freelance editor and a retired teacher with a professional experience in English, History, Economics, Latin American Studies, Advanced Placement, and SAT/ACT test prep instruction, among other things. My own standardised test scores as a student were at the 90th percentile, while I routinely assist students in increasing their test scores by 10-30% (results vary, of course, but I am very proud of my test prep tutoring skills). Hobbies

First and foremost I am husband to my Dutch wife, and a father of two darling little girls, Meryl and Hana (if you and I work together, there's a good chance you'll meet everyone, including the dog and cat!). When I am not debating hairstyles with my daughters, I write unpublishable experimental novels (I will never, ever be famous). I am also slowly but surely reading Dante's Divine Comedy in the original Italian, and trying to become fluent in Dutch.
