Joshua U.
Private tutor in Den Haag, Netherlands
Education
1 1/2 years ago I moved from an American high school to the Edith Stein College, where I currently study VWO. I have extensive experience with Dutch (as much as you can have with 1 1/2 years), and because of my American background, I am fully fluent in English. I am taking the profile NT/NG, which involves Mathematics and the sciences, where I wish to direct my studies. From this you can gather that I can help your child with difficult mathematical concepts and equations. I wish to help your child to the fullest extent, and I believe I have the skills to help him/her succeed.
Experience
I want to be a tutor because I know what it is like to be a kid struggling with difficult subjects. It is a hard thing to do it all alone, and I want to offer my help to those kids who know they are lagging behind. I want them to feel satisfied with their knowledge and experience with Mathematics and English. I know that I can help them achieve their goals. I grew up the oldest of four brothers, and so I know how to work with kids. I am a compassionate person and I want to be not only a tutor, but a friend and a person your child will look up to as a role model.

Hobbies
I have a variety of interests. I play guitar, and I have a passion for music. I love good, thought out music, like Beethoven, Queen, and the Beetles. I also love adventure, so I longboard. It gives me a feeling of freedom like nothing else in this world. I am adapt to learning, and I can't seem to stop reading books! I especially love history, evolution, and biology, but I also enjoy fiction novels too. My favorites are The Maze Runner, The Hunger Games, and other sci-fi books.
