We are a family team: (because at the moment we don't know how to sign up an account as a tutor, so we just added Guert to this account for Physics subjects) Guert: PhD in physics, research scientist at MIT having done bio-physics and bio-medical research, later working for Shell. knowledgeable in theory and practical, keen in continue learning and sharing knowledge/teaching. Ying (on pause for now): taught high school chemistry in China and abroad for number of years; taught AP Chem before. Good experience and record for tutoring high school Chemistry, both in SL and HL levels.

Hobbies
Being parents, children graduated with IB program, we understand teenagers, and are easy-going with children. We enjoy learning and keep update with scienific and technology developemnt. Having been expats abroad ourselves for many years, we are open and friendly to people of all background. In person, we prefer students come to us, for online we can use Zoom. Besides tutoring hours, students are encouraged to send us questions on whatsapp or email.
